Service Process

Thank you for choosing SAME DAY RV REPAIR for your RV Service, Maintenance and Installation.  

We work hard to meet the expectations of each Camper who trusts us to perform specific services and repairs to meet our collective goal: “Keep Campers Camping”.

Here’s What Happens When You Call Us:

One of our Service Managers will record all the necessary information about your camper and set a service appointment date and time that best works for you.

 Please remember that while often times we are able to make the required repairs on a same-day basis, the extent of your repair needs and the availability of replacement parts may require you to leave your RV with us or return for completion of the repair.

Upon Your Arrival:

One of our Service Managers will meet you and walk around the RV with you to ensure that we all agree on the condition of the RV when it arrives. Please remember that your RV will NOT be connected to shore power while it is in our possession so please empty your refrigerator and make necessary arrangements.

Our Service Manager will then review and roster your service and scheduled maintenance needs along with your contact information so that we may stay in contact with you throughout the repair process.

As We go to Work:

Our Service Manager will make a diagnosis and develop an estimate of the costs for the required maintenance and repairs. Work will NOT begin until have approved the estimated costs.  

While we regularly stock the basic replacement parts and components, it’s impossible to have every part on hand. As a result, we often rely on the manufacturers and OEM suppliers to ship us the parts, which can take up to four weeks to receive.  

Because some parts and component suppliers require pre-pay, it may be necessary that you pay that portion of the service order in advance.

Almost always the delay in competition of a repair is a result of the wait time for replacement parts rather than the lack of available Service Technician time.

On the occasions when we are unable to perform same-day service, we will contact you when we can accurately determine what day and time your RV will be ready for pick-up.

When The Work Order is Complete:

We will review the work order with you and collect any fees associated with the service. Then we’ll help you back-up, hitch-up or pack-up and get you on your way as soon as possible.

Thank you for allowing us to serve you. We appreciate the importance of outstanding customer service and if for some reason we have not met your expectations, please let us know. We can’t fix a problem if we don’t know about it.
