Our office staff can help start your request. They will collect the basic details from your job and pass it along to management.
A date and time will be scheduled for you, and partial payment may be collected depending on the type of request.
At this point you will have a full quote estimate and rough timeline for completion.
One of our Service Managers will meet you and walk around the RV with you to ensure that we all agree on the condition of the RV when it arrives. Please remember that your RV will NOT be connected to shore power while it is in our possession so please empty your refrigerator and make necessary arrangements.
We will then review and assign your service and scheduled maintenance needs along with your contact information so that we may stay in contact with you throughout the repair process.
We Go To Work
The pandemic has slowed the process of receiving parts, but that should have only a minimum impact on the Level 1 services we offer.
Our staff watches for secondary issues while completing the work, and we will notify you of anything they find.
The work is transparent, so feel free to contact us at any point for an update.
We will review the work order with you and collect any balance of fees due. Then we’ll help you back-up, hitch-up or pack-up and get you on your way as soon as possible.
